Introduction To Squarespace Style Editor
Getting to know the ins and outs of the Squarespace Style Editor is a fundamental skill of becoming a Squarespace pro (or just, a user in general). It's a very intuitive part of Squarespace, but we have a few tips that will help you master making Style Editor tweaks even faster than most.
A few important things to note about style editor are that:
1. You can only see tweaks for elements on the page you're viewing when you open style editor. For example, if you have not used Heading 3 anywhere on the page, it will not show up as something you can change in Style Editor.
2. When Style Editor is open you should see blue boxes appear when you hover over the elements on the page. You can click on any element on your page to isolate the tweaks for that element.
3. If you can't find it, that doesn't mean you can't change it. While Style Editor offers a lot of customization options, you can't customize everything. So if you are having trouble making the adjustments you want, just know that you can likely accomplish them easily by adding custom CSS code to your website.
